Each character should start out with only one power. As the game goes on you will be able to buy more than one. You cannot give your character a history that allows it to have more than one power. Everyone starts out the same.
Your character could have the ability to make prophecies, but only if you have been in the game for at least 3 months and have saved enough money. These prophecies would have to go through an admin to make sure they're good for the plot. This is pretty extreme and is an example of a high reward. Other powers like this- -Telepathy (the ability to talk to others through the mind, not to read their minds)
There will be no reading of the mind powers because they would fall under powerplay which is against the rules.
Flying is ok for any creature, wings or no wings. It is considered a power for those without wings.
Appearance is very flexible. Your creature can be born with purple eyes and red hair, it's all cool. Just keep it appropriate (which should go without saying.)
Life spans are determined by you. If your character can live for a hundred years then that's great, but do you want to play it for a hundred years? Season changes are posted on the calendar, the years are also numbered. Seasons change every week to keep the game going. Be sure to see what year you joined your character. (When you look at the joining form under 'Year # Joined' there is a link to show you all about it.)
